To bond acoustical barriers or insulating film as well as felt rolls to the plates during the profile shaping operation. The foil laminating machine is bolted to a Schlebach profile shaping machine, model SPM/PMC/SPA/PAC/Quadro. The material to be bonded is clamped on an internal mandrel. Precise decoiling and straight-line bonding is maintained by a band edge controller.
The protective film is removed and wound up during the profile shaping operation. The material to be bonded is attached to the bottom of the strip at the same time.
