The smallest axial dimension for single-sided profile shaping is 80 mm.
On the basis of the SPM 30/80 or PMC 30/80, the unit may be equipped with the following add-on modules.

• EM-electro/mech. Length measurement with cm-divisions
• RS-Roller shear for manual cross cuts using the roller blades ahead of profile shaping
• With strip intake and clutch to stop the intake

Basic machine SPM 30/80 or PMC 30/80 with add-on modules:

• Electric roller shear
• Electronic length measurement in mm
• Position control for fully automatic operation with 25 programs for item count and selection of length
• Optional LS-roller shear to slit the strip ahead of profile shaping

Profile shaping machine SPM 30/80-LM-QA 45  /  PMC 30/80-LM-QA 45

The basic machine consist of the SPM SPM 30/80 or 30/80 with add-on modules:

• LM-electron. Length measurement in mm-divisions and a drive with 2 Speeds for slow start-up and run-out
• QA45-cut-to-length line for manual cross cuts using a circular saw with
   A special blade that is located after the profile shaping station and can be swiveled through 45∘on both sides

Accessories: saw blades HSS 160/20x2 for Zinc, Aluminum, alternatively for Copper
